All orders will be entered within 24 hours (Except Weekends and Holidays). All orders will then be processed and shipped within two business days (Except Holidays) after being entered by our customer service department. If there are any discrepancies you will be notified by our customer service department. You will receive an immediate automatic email order confirmation when you place your order and an official order acknowledgement when the order is entered by our customer service department. Unless expressly specified to the contrary, goods in stock will be shipped without delay, and goods not in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. However, all estimates of delivery time are approximate and failure to receive shipment of an accepted order by estimated delivery date will not be considered sufficient cause of cancellation.
Saturday Delivery/Special Delivery

Seller shall not be liable for any damage, fault or delay caused by or imposed by strikes, fires, major disasters, acts of nature, governmental action, shortage of labor, power, materials, or any other cause or condition beyond seller’s control.
We do take international orders, please email firstname.lastname@example.org your order. RedGear customer service will contact you directly for payment options within one business day, as we currently are unable to accept international credit cards. Free shipping applies only to online orders that total over $500.00 USD and only to states in continental US ONLY. Orders with free shipping ship via FedEx Ground and is subject to change without notice.
We ship only by FedEx. You choose the method you prefer during checkout. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the order. Purchase order must be entered into our system by 2:00 PM EST. Please Email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
Please Do not include weekends or holidays in your shipping calculations for delivery of your package.
